FAQ
Common questions
Can I take more than one formula together?
Many people pair formulas — for example Probiotic 40 Billion with the Fermented Mushroom Blend. If you take medication or have a medical condition, check with your healthcare professional first.
How do I take the powders?
Stir one scoop into water, a smoothie, milk or coffee. The Fermented Mushroom Blend has a gentle, earthy flavor; Colostrum is mild and creamy.
Are the capsules vegetarian?
Probiotic 40 Billion and Mushroom Complex 10X use hypromellose, a plant-based vegetable capsule.
Does Colostrum contain dairy?
Yes. Colostrum is derived from milk and is not suitable for anyone avoiding dairy.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the total weight of your order. A single bottle ships Standard for $5.29 (USPS Ground Advantage, 2–4 business days in transit) or Express for $9.99 (USPS Priority Mail, 1–3 business days in transit). Orders ship within 1–5 business days, and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours is on its way. We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
What’s your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement. If a package is lost (tracking doesn’t show it delivered), contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date for a replacement or refund. Every order goes into production as soon as it’s placed, so we can’t cancel or change orders after checkout, and because our products are consumable health items we can’t accept returns for change of mind.
